Throughout his coaching career, he has trained numerous UFC athletes, national grapplers, and titled boxers. Alessio serves as the Head Coach at CHAMPS MENTALITY.

MICAELA INGRASSIA is a competitive judo athlete. She is a third-level certified personal trainer by C.O.N.I. (Italian National Olympic Committee) and a Strength & Conditioning coach under mentorship with PHIL DARU (former Strength & Conditioning coach at American Top Team and coach of various UFC champions). She has also obtained an international certification in S&C through him.
